The two most evil characters have to be Voldemort and Umbridge , with the Gryffindors challenging both of them. Neville mentioned how he had saved children from being subjected to the Cruciatus Curse, along with using the Sorting Hat to claim the Sword of Gryffindor to kill Nagini, thereby saving the school as well. With the end of the war, it would have made sense to return Hogwarts to its former ways by presenting Gryffindor the House Cup for their heroics during the worst of times.
This shattered the spirits of the Slytherins, who were noted to have become red-faced with embarrassment, as a majority of them had worked hard to gain the points needed for victory. Apart from freelance writing, Saim is a lifestyle blogger, co-owning the blog 3 States Apart.

The victory meant that Gryffindor had continued to defeat Slytherin in every game since Harry Potter joined the team in As things currently stand, Slytherin has won 3 cups, Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff have each won 2 cups, and Gryffindor has won 1 cup.

On the train, Harry befriends other first-year students like Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger, a Muggle girl chosen to attend Hogwarts. Harry fears being assigned to the sinister Slytherin house, but he, Ron, and Hermione end up in the noble Gryffindor house.
